You will be required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

You agree to:

• Notify payDNA immediately if your account is compromised

payDNA operates under applicable exchange control regulations.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true and accurate
• Funds are used for lawful purposes
• You comply with your R1 million annual discretionary allowance
• Transactions are not self-to-self transfers
• Required information may be shared with regulatory authorities (e.g. SARB, FIC, SARS)

payDNA may suspend or close accounts and report to authorities if false information is detected.

payDNA is required by law to collect and store:

• Proof of identity
• Proof of address
• Proof of income
• Selfie verification
• Permit (if applicable)

You agree that:

• These documents may be processed by authorised third-party providers
• Data may be shared with regulators upon request
• Data may be stored outside South Africa where required

You may withdraw consent, but this will terminate your use of the Services.

Payments may be made via:

• EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
• Approved payment methods within the platform

Important:

• Payments must be in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Incorrect references or payment details may delay transactions
• Exchange rates are confirmed at the time of transaction creation

payDNA reserves the right to:

• Adjust exchange rates
• Reject or delay transactions if payment conditions are not met

payDNA charges a service fee:

• Clearly displayed before confirming a transaction
• Inclusive of VAT
• Deducted from the transaction amount

Fees may be updated at any time.

• Pay-outs are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation
• Delivery options vary by destination and method
• payDNA works with third-party partners to complete transactions

payDNA is not liable for:

• Delays caused by partners
• Technical failures outside its control

Uncollected funds may:

• Be returned to your wallet
• Be cancelled after 30 days
• Be treated as unclaimed after 3 years in accordance with law

You may cancel a transaction if:

• Payment has not been completed; and
• The pay-out has not been processed

If funds were received but not paid out:

• Your wallet will be credited accordingly

You must ensure all recipient details are accurate, including:

• Name
• Phone number
• Bank details

payDNA is not responsible for incorrect transfers due to incorrect information.

Services are provided "as is".

payDNA does not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted service
• Instant transaction processing

We are not liable for:

• Delays due to banking systems or networks
• Partner failures
• Indirect or consequential losses

payDNA takes reasonable steps to protect your information, but:

• Data transmission is at your own risk
• Security cannot be guaranteed 100%

You may NOT use payDNA for:

• Fraud or illegal activity
• Money laundering
• Spam or unsolicited messaging
• Misrepresentation or impersonation
• Harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Pyramid schemes or "get rich quick" programs

payDNA may:

• Freeze or seize funds
• Suspend or terminate accounts

All content on the Site is owned or licensed by payDNA and protected by law.

You may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree to indemnify payDNA against:

• Any loss or damage arising from misuse of the Services
• Any breach of these Terms

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience.

• Does not endorse them
• Is not responsible for their content

• Governed by the laws of South Africa
• Notices may be sent via email linked to your account

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and payDNA.
